Other projects include Prospect Pascoe Vale completed in 2019, Yarraville Place which has recently commenced construction and the soon to be released Canvas Brunswick – our first foray into the apartment market.

In 48 hours on the opening weekend, Yarraville Place generated $45 million in sales. 80% of the development has now sold and the final townhomes have been released.
In the coming weeks, our 8th project with Rothelowman, Canvas Brunswick will be launched to the market. With 62 apartments the project is inspired by and designed for Brunswick.
