ID_LAND RECEIVES NATIONAL AWARD FOR COVETED BRUNSWICK TOWNHOMES

ANNOUNCEMENT

After being honoured by the Urban Development Institute of Australia in Victoria (UDIA VIC) in 2016, leading Melbourne-based developer ID_Land is proud to be the recipient of the National Award for Excellence at the UDIA’s National Congress, winning the Medium Density category for its Brunswick project, The Barkly.
Having sold out after only three months on the market, the project consists of 65 design-led townhomes that were designed by award-winning architects, Rothe Lowman.

Ensuring that intelligent planning and well-considered design is evident throughout, Rothe Lowman has faultlessly adhered to the lifestyle demands of homeowners.

Located in bustling Brunswick, The Barkly is situated amongst some of Melbourne’s most popular eateries and cafes, with the suburb known for its culture and diversity. Close to ample public transport nearby as well as open green space, the project exceeds expectations of the highly sought after inner-city lifestyle buyers so often seek.

Within each townhome, vertical light wells flood rooms with natural light, while spacious rooftop terraces overlook views of the city. Luxury kitchens boast European stainless steel appliances, paired with large stone bench tops.

ID_Land Director Matthew Belford said the national award win was an incredible honour and a testament to the team’s commitment to creating townhomes that were market-led without compromising on quality or design.

“ We are so excited to accept the award for Medium Density development at the UDIA’s National Awards for Excellence for 2017. We are immensely proud of this project – it sets the bar high for our future developments that we aim to deliver with a similar commitment to quality, design and location.”
