Since ID_Land was founded in 2009 it has grown to become an Australian leader within private property development. Now part of the ID_CORP group of companies, and under the leadership of Matthew Belford, the company remains steadfast in its vision to deliver places where people don’t just live but belong, thrive and grow. ID_Land is formed.

Aug 2009

We acquire our first land parcel - 30 hectares in Mernda.

Sep 2009

ID_Land acquire Taylors Road, Plumpton in Melbourne's west.

Dec 2009

Fairview, Mernda launches. The first stages are a sellout.

2010

May 2010

ID_Land acquires the business' first regional project in Armstrong Creek.

Jun 2010

52 hectares in Truganina are set to become the Elements project.

Nov 2010

ID_Land ventures into Victoria's South-East with Potters Grove in Officer.

2011

Jan 2011

Elements becomes a major masterplanned community with an adjoining 52 hectares.

Potters Grove goes to market - the first in all of Officer.

ID_Land's medium density business forms with the acquisition of 7,000sqm in Brunswick for The Barkly.

The Barkly is launched and sells out in eight weeks.
