ID_CORP unites for R U OK? Day 2025 with an empowering seminar on mental health, connection, and support.

For R U OK Day? 2025, our teams from across the ID_CORP group of companies came together to discuss mental health, checking in on each other and ways to support those who are struggling, through a program led by Nick McEwan-Hall, The Mental Health Coach.

Nick took the team through a seminar based on one simple question – are you okay?

While it can be hard to spot the issues that someone might be facing, Nick outlined how to read the signs, check in and reassure someone.

The team found the session to be a positive experience that broke down the stigmas surrounding mental health.

We then came together for afternoon tea as a group and shared our thoughts on Nick’s discussion, which empowered the team to ask the hard questions and to support with empathy, safety and wellbeing.
